In my current role at Prospettiva Financial, I manage communications, support advisors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a highly organized and efficient manner.
My career has been a blend of administrative expertise and a strong background in fashion design, which may seem like an unusual combination, but both fields demand precision, creativity, and adaptability. I began my journey with a bachelor’s in fine arts (Fashion Design), graduating with honors from the Columbus College of Art and Design. During my time there, I honed not just my design skills but also a deep appreciation for business management. These experiences prepared me for various roles that balanced administrative work with creative thinking. From managing alteration teams at David’s Bridal to assisting in apparel product development at KUIU, I have gained a unique perspective that I now apply in the financial industry.
The transition from fashion to administration was driven by a passion for organization and team support. While my time in the fashion industry honed my creative thinking and attention to detail, I’ve always been drawn to creating efficient systems and fostering positive work environments. These skills have naturally carried over to my current role at Prospettiva Financial, where I contribute to a collaborative and streamlined administrative process, ensuring that teams work seamlessly and achieve their goals.
At Prospettiva Financial, I’m responsible for coordinating meetings, managing advisor calendars, maintaining client documentation, and handling general office tasks. I am especially proud of contributing to team-building efforts, including the monthly themed Zoom meets, and the creation of our Admin Procedures manual. These initiatives have strengthened our team’s connection and streamlined operations. I thrive in ensuring compliance and confidentiality while continuously improving the systems we have in place.
Beyond my professional life, I am deeply involved in niche fashion communities, where I collect vintage Japanese streetwear. I also love to sew, paint, write, and build computers. My personal interests fuel my creativity and problem-solving skills, which translate back into my work. I am a firm believer that maintaining a well-rounded life enhances my ability to bring fresh ideas and solutions to the workplace.
